Michael Lewis's new book WHO IS GOVERNMENT is a tribute to career federal employees who do brilliant work cracking cryptocrime. Getting rid of agents who have access to your crimes is a very transparent reason for defunding that agency. GOP has wanted the IRS to go away for a long time
