Use those late harvest cucumbers from your garden.
And if you do not have fresh coconut, use frozen (thawed out of course 😆 ) coconut.

1st November- Time to pick the last of the garden tomatoes (and cucumbers). Some are ripe, some will continue to ripen indoors and the green ones will be used for cooking 😁
