oh my god scavengers reign. few shows have ever given me such a sense of awe. 10/10 #currentlyenjoying

just finished Malka Older’s Centennial Cycle, really exciting and interesting scifi espionage. the whole series was great but i think the first (Infomocracy) was still my favourite :) #currentlyenjoying

#currentlyEnjoying the new Benjamin Labatut.

#currentlyenjoying just finished a couple of things I loved:
The audiobook of Paladin’s Faith by T Kingfisher
& D20: Never Stop Blowing Up
two very different but very fun adventures :)

#currentlyenjoying /just finished Apothecary Diaries, really good anime, exciting and so well written! i think the recommendation came from @louisathelast.bsky.social ? it was a great time, looking forward to S2 in a few months :)

in the spirit of sharing good things online, i’m going to start making liberal use of the hashtag #currentlyenjoying. right now? maybe the best pear i’ve had in my life. packham. perfect texture & ripeness, strong flavour, no sandy bits. very excited for the rest to ripen. :) 🍐

still partway through Taking Care of Your Autistic Self by Niamh Garvey, but it’s made me feel so profoundly seen. wish i’d been born knowing this stuff. wholeheartedly recommend.
also it has v useful practical advice for ppl with new sensory sensitivities, e.g. due to illness. 💜

#currentlyenjoying some great scifi i’m a few years late to!
recently read The Deep Sky by Yumei Kitasei (beautiful to pair with Do You Dream of Terra Two), and just finished A Memory Called Empire by Arkady Martine (interesting contrast with the also-excellent Countess by Suzan Palumbo). 😊📚💫

Telenova's new album Time Is A Flower is brilliant and beautiful. reminds me of when Mitski uses full luscious strings in her songs, or early 2000s Sia/Zero 7. I think the song below is my favourite, along with Power and Margot :) highly recommend. #currentlyenjoying www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWXf...

watched The Prince by Abigail Thorn last night, it was phenomenal! made me say ‘whoa’ out loud several times. the reframing of shakespearean dialogue… i went in knowing nothing and don’t want to spoil anything, but v v highly recommend :)
