thinking about how hardware to run GLM-5.3 at interactive speeds is ~$20k (4 DGX Sparks / equivalent Mac Studios)

2. has effectively zero guardrails around taking advantage of vulnerabilities regardless of scope or outcome
3. is actually pretty darn capable

I am not sure how we deal with this, except to note a narrow window where we know only 3 companies could be at this level of capability. But it may be Chinese models (maybe open weights ones?) get there in 9 months.
