They're also just plain fuckwits. A simple explanation ("armor that looks good for any breast size is a fuckload of work and not the focus of a game like DA:V and that's why BG3 didn't have that slider") just never gets through to them because they're, put simply, dumb as hell and wanna be mad.

tiny DA:V detail I didn't know but absolutely love: Antoine and Evka sending you a letter to let you know they have your back, if you pick a Warden origin 💙
considering I already know & love them from my previous run, it'll literally be like meeting old friends when I see them
I love it so much

First time I played both games, I fundamentally lacked the context for both Wardens/Blight and Mages/Templars conflicts; they were something I was being told about, something that Happened in the Past to Other People; DA:O and DA:2 lets you *live* through it, making DA:V feel much more personal

When I first played DA:V, I did it from my Inquisitor's perspective. It was her story as much as my Rook's, and that was important to me. This new Rook will have a chance to shine on her own, vs helping another OC get her happy ending. Idk if that makes sense lol sorry

Just wrapped up The Descent (for the first time!)
This might be the first time I actually enjoyed wandering around the Deep Roads! I can also now appreciate Harding's personal questline in DA:V so much more 💙
(first time I tried doing it I went in severely underleveled and never finished it lol)

I'm trying really hard to keep my focus on ACTUALLY finishing Skyrim this time. But I saw DA:V tiktok this morning, and I kinda want to play and make a similar character

trust me i'm. SO self-aware of the fact that he has negative reason to have that accent. but also that's just what i've Always imagined him having, even before he was an ffxiv character--and the Rook voice from DA:V was just another bus running me over LMAO

They need to just twist time a bit and use some of the time DA:V was in development hell and send it back to poor DA2.

I remember saying that DA:V felt like it was written with the PR People over the writer's shoulders the entire time and people on this website sent me death threats over it.

A few have asked and YES I will absolutely draw ocs for these! As long as you can give me a bit of ref of some kind (picrew, bg3, DA:V character creation are all good!)
I also make it on stream so you get to watch as it's drawn!
