Yes! They will bloom! Just like the tubers. I grew floret seeds 2023, 2024. Last year I grew seeds from Firefly Floral & Design along with leftovers from Floret. Hoping some of the crossed & seeds I saved work. I’m growing more from firefly & uh oh. I can’t remember.
