This cat versus dog cartoon has a dark ‘far side’ type element to it. It features a brown dog with long ears who’s finally captured his nemesis cat enemy called Mr Waffles. Mr Waffles has done unspeakable things to the dog over the years, and now the dog is about to get revenge, and he also wants answers to some important questions. The cat He is spread out on its back in a star shape, with its arms and legs securely fastened to a grey board shaped like a door, which is tilting the cat in the downward position with it’s head close to the ground. The dog stands above the cat a plinth, and while pouring water from a watering can over the cats head, the dog says “Yes Mr Waffles, I believe this is called waterboarding.”
