where there's a pile of resources, there's bound to be scavengers looking to test their luck in grabbing it. Dalrex has killed a fair share of brave and reckless would-be thieves.
If approached peacefully, however, he's willing to trade. The monetary value of items means nothing to him, as does

lot about the Fallout universe and haven't played the games (yet) but I'm enamored by deathclaws and watched so many videos about them and their kinds and their origins, evolutions throughout the games, etc.
Dalrex is a dark-colored deathclaw who wanders the wastes looking for shiny and interesting

Damon is not a gym leader as the sanctuary is not a gym, but he's an NPC which can be battled to assess the strength of the trust and friendship between a trainer and their pokemon.
His Fallout version is Dalrex, an Alpha Deathclaw with the curious ability to talk. Granted, I don't know a whole

His Fallout version is Dalrex, an intelligent Alpha Deathclaw who wanders the wastes looking for interesting and shiny objects to decorate his hide and lair with.
His tendency to collect gets him in trouble, though, as any pile of potential resources will attract the desperate.

Oh well, as long as he uses it to defend the town from the cave monsters, cooks good food, is polite, and takes care of his farm, no one really has a problem with it.
Fallout Dalrex, my newest AU, is an intelligent Alpha Deathclaw who prowls the wastes in search of shiny trinkets--
