#daracenters
complete with multiple proposals I’ve heard to build mega-daracenters in the same black american neighborhoods previously targeted for destruction to build shipping infrastructure

Således giver man selskaberne ekstra frit spil.

De hacking de gør er allerede ulovligt.

Many data centers are not covered by Abbott’s pause directive.

He is pandering and not serious about regulations for #DaraCenters.

We have those now without daracenters!

Well ending NDAs for city employees and fighting daracenters, aaaannnndddd then he goes off the deep end about keeping women out of the police department and encouraging a 'baby boom' 🤪

Well here daracenters have been using so much power that a lot of neighborhoods around them end up paying more

Technically most of the large daracenters have an energy problem. Energy consumption would exceed the so-called estimates from the companies by thousands of kilowatts.

If people truly knew what these centers require of electricity and water, no one would ever approve them.

Obviously these are not unique to daracenters, but as the field that says words like “scale is its own feature” we probably should actually act like it for the scale and scaling rate of these externalities too

Goede maatregel: laat geen Amerikaanse datacenters toe. Sluit bestaande Amerikaanse daracenters.

Massive daracenters generate lots of heat. Challenging to cool that in Abu Dhabi. Will require immense amount of energy and generate great deal of pollution.

I can't wait for anything AI to crash and burn, especially the physical parts of it.

Like daracenters.

And CEOs.

im sure the relentless bombing at the hands of the US and Israel, and the AI daracenters, and if course the largest conteibutor of all by a large margin animal agriculture has nothing to do with this
