Auch bei den Tomaten im Tunnel habe ich ordentlich ausgedünnt, aber gut die Hälfte der Pflanzen sind noch super unterwegs und tragen noch ordentlich Tomaten, so wie die DG Datterino oder DG Orange Nanomarzano die man im Hintergrund sehen kann.

This came out hella tasty. Spaghetti with leek cream and datterino tomatoes.

Sautéed a leek with a clove of minced garlic. Blasted it with the hand blender. Lightly sautéed some tomatoes. Tossed it all together with the pasta, a couple of ladles of pasta water, and a pinch of salt.
