After almost a year, Dawnbringer continues with Heloin's POV chapter! 🤩

He and the king travel to Magecourt University, hoping to keep a certain magical artifact safe. This is where Heloin meets an old friend, Haellenne—a young mage who may or may not have romantic feelings for him.

It's been a long time since the first 3, so I'll be posting recaps before releasing the new ones.

The text is as follows: "He felt like dancing when they saw the hut; of course his injured leg was already throbbing from all the wandering in the forest, so Sandrin didn’t even want to imagine how bad it would’ve hurt if he tried dancing. The sun had set a while ago, and thanks to the thick canopy of the Thornwood, darkness had engulfed the two lost travelers even before that. John might have been an exquisite fighter, but it seemed his navigation skills were on par with Sandrin’s—meaning they were basically nonexistent. On their first night they had had to fight off a few Xantron soldiers who had gone after them, and during the scuffle they had gotten off the forest road and had completely lost their bearings. They hadn’t slept much that day with unrecognizable, unsettling noises serving as their lullaby."
