I believe that the US was heavily involved in "designing" and setting up CECOT, the El Salvador #DeathPrison, so-named b/c CECOT officials claim "no one leaves here alive". US, via #SchoolOfTheAmericas, trained death squads when they tried to end democracy/liberation in El Salvador. CECOT:next step.
