The earliest warning letters I remember seeing regarding Lifevac and Dechoker were 2021? Possibly earlier? And they were a PARADE of regulatory non-conformance red flags.
Another dangerous bit of advice in this is to use a Dechoker. These devices are not FDA approved and are not recommended for use in an airway obstruction emergency. They can cause airway trauma and waste time that should be devoted to proven methods.
Oh, and homeopathic remedies are bullshit.

Not happy to post this because I'm a huge fan of FDA, but the agency is on pace to catch snails and glaciers in its enforcement actions against these devices. 11 yo boy died in FL last year.
