COVID occurred then.
Caught this December 2018, before testing, medical procedures and preventative viral meds were available.
Recognizing what it was a proactive doctor prescribed decongestants, cough suppressants, prophylactic antibiotics . I was sick for 3 months.

Sometimes decongestants or antihistamines do better for the weather headaches; I don't usually get weather joint aches (my arthritis is all osteo, from wear and tear), but heat can help.

I’m grateful for Afrin, because I can’t take any oral decongestants, and this unclogs my nasal passages in 2 minutes. I believe my body to be 90% snot and gluten free pizza at this point!

Omg this is the worse cold I’ve had in a long time. I’m absolutely miserable. This would be a lot easier if I could taken decongestants or NyQuil, but I can’t take either. I am living in cough drops, tea, and a dream 😢
Going to peel myself out of bed in the morning and go to urgent care for a strep test. It hurts to swallow my own spit. Great! 👍🏼

I cannot take Sudafed anymore, but I also don’t use any decongestants of any kind — just Aleve to bring down swelling, saline nasal spray to get out The Horrors, and gently blowing my nose. The Horrors are what I call the extra from the deep sinuses after I put my head upside down w/ saline in there

Teeth are good and are now clean, and I think I made the right choice in dentist. But that means the pain is probably inner ear. It's not an infection because that's a different pain and there's no fever. It's just pressure, but I can't take decongestants because of blood pressure.
