weaving and sewing! declan grew up in a viera clan of master weavers and textile crafters and also had to make all of her own clothes when she ran away to eorzea because she had no money. fun fact in dec!canon she was actually the one who taught tataru to sew #decstuff

a fellow teen viera back when declan was still part of her home clan. declan was strongly disliked and ostracized by the clan leadership so the relationship never went anywhere beyond that. sad! #decstuff

i love pain and angst and suffering and hate joy so every day i wake up and hit declan on the head with an enormous steel mallet. one day i'll post her emo ass backstory and you'll all see #decstuff
as a walking aetheric hydrogen bomb declan CAN use magic without a focus but it's uncontrollably destructive and breaks her body apart. thankfully nuclear reactor privileges also mean she has an accelerated healing factor so she gets better (extremely painful) <3 #decstuff

declan is a shit tank. her accelerated healing factor makes her pretty resilient to non-aetheric damage but she's not very strong and she doesn't give a fuck about strategy or positioning because her #1 objective is to laser blast aether as fast as possible. she is NOT spinning that boss #decstuff
