- Mute the ads (don't pay for ad-free premium services)
- Keep your phone and all tech until it stops working
- Don't use Amazon
- Keep your subscriptions to an absolute minimum
- Read books more than going online.

We work for a firm that has invested heavily in AI, mostly on the basis of FOMO (fear of missing out) as far as we can see. The management don't know what to do with it and the staff aren't interested in using it. Suspect this is being replicated the world over.
