Just wanted to say, in the place of a lot of tragedy, loss, and anger, that it was good to get to a writer's residency in the middle of the desert, with art and sunshine, and get back to myself. Thank you, Jeff Walt and Desert Rat Residency. Came home to snow. #desertratresidency #poetlife
