FFXIV screenshot of two men kissing in an embrace: a black haired demon/fae named Luca, and a blue haired/ocean scaled half dragon named Arashi. Arashi has taken Luca on an exploration of a shipwreck on their first official date. Somewhere along the line, they sit together near the break in the middle of the ship, which Arashi asks Luca to illuminate with his magic, knowing a coral reef was growing in the split there. Caught up in the moment, Arashi reassuring Luca he wants every bit of who he is, the two of them embrace and kiss in the light of the illuminated reef.

For Gold there would be that internal sense of panic and defensiveness he tries to bite down as he doesn’t have the time nor will to explain. He’d be very straightforward. His degree of gentleness would depend on the person.

Arashi would just leave it at a flat “no” and walk away.

A two panel, side by side, pair of FFXIV nsfw screenshots featuring two husbands: a red haired vampire named Gold, and a black haired demon/fae named Luca. In the first panel, Gold greets Luca in their bedroom after one of his performances. He is still wearing his performance attire, a revealing flowing strip of cloth belted at the middle by opulent Golden accessories, chains, and jewels. It leaves little to the imagination. Gold beckons to his lover with his eyes, a hand caressing the curtain around their bed. In the next panel, Gold is slammed over and pressed into the bed backside up as Luca takes him aggressively from behind, Gold whimpering and sobbing Luca’s name in his ecstasy.

Arashi supports his other leg, a hand on his thigh, as he helps Gold crawl out of the pool. An FFXIV gpose of three husbands from left to right: Arashi (blue haired/scaled half dragon), Luca (black haired demon/fae), and Gold (red haired vampire) All three of them embrace one another in a field of pink flowers in Il Mheg (the fae realm that Luca came from). Luca sits with his back against Arashi and Arashi’s arms around him while the half dragon kisses the back of his neck. Gold crouches down on his knees to lean over them, caging Luca in with his body as he strokes his face and presses their foreheads together.

HAPPY YAOI DAY!!

Gold’s perspective:

Meeting Luca: contracted him for a job to help sneak him out of Garlemald, bonded over how much everyone sucks.

Meeting Arashi: got caught stowing away on his ship after his “divorce” with Luca.

Some snippets from Gold’s journals that have yet to come to fruition. It’s been years since I’ve written anything whole and cohesive so forgive me for being rusty/disjointed and only having snippets.

(Text in alt text if the screenshot is hard to read)

Snippets of writing by CynisterAsh, excerpt’s from the journal of the vampire “Golden Hour”: 1) "What a cruel way to be introduced to the concept of 'a lie. What a convoluted way to be introduced to the concept of cruelty." 2) "If I could choose my final thoughts...? Memories of springtime on your lips, my dear... I think those would be mine. You always told me I was reckless. Darling I wish I'd listened harder, held you tighter. I hope... wherever you are... one day you'll be just fine." 3) "You taste the way springtime smells. Warm and sweet and gentle, like nectar on my tongue." 4)"I have no past to speak of... remember none of my hurt.... While you could not forget yours if you tried. I wish I could take half of your memories and make them my own. Balance the weight between us in the blank pages of my history. I wish I could take that off of your shoulders my heart, but for now...l do not take your trust for granted."

FFXIV screenshot of two lovers: a red haired vampire man named Gold, and a black haired demon/fae man named Luca. The two of them have spent the day together, Luca’s birthday that Gold has spent ages planning, after a long week apart. Ultimately the longing of their separation coalesces into several bouts of intimacy that leave them even wearier than just the sleep deprivation alone had them (the two of them don’t sleep well when apart). After their final romp of the evening, Gold falls asleep on Luca’s bare chest, with Luca’s arms around him, one of his hands laying protectively over the scars on Gold’s bare back.

I’m gonna be super basic but, in my original story (not FFXIV) Gold started his music career in the 80s and would’ve been a HUGE stan of Freddie Mercury and Queen as a whole. His partner at the time (Luca) would’ve pulled strings to get him backstage at least once.
