Since Dirthamen and Falon’din were identical twins (must be if one’s a reflection) I’ve no doubt there were times when the Evanuris couldn’t tell them apart.

Hemlock: depends on how you look at it—any other elves Dirthamen helped create could be Hemlock's “siblings”. Since they don't remember all that, Hemlock tends to treat most of the spirits they encounter in the Necropolis like siblings, so that’s probably the closest.
