We're talking the ones that're actively bad and would make access even worse. And break in 5s.
We were looking at one last week no-one could figure how it would make the job easier, required *more* grip strength and also the ability to dislocate your elbow.

This song would be more effective if it weren't sung by someone whose hips would dislocate at the first thrust. #totp

Don't punch in the mouth, you can break your hand. Punch someone in the hinge of their jaw. Hard enough will dislocate it.
Go for their throat with a punch. Hard as you can. Crush their windpipe, it's actually very vulnerable.
Eyes, nose and mouth. Dig in nails or bite.
And of course, their balls
That would be much more useful than learning how to do-si-do.

when you dislocate / break your ankle which is really fucking terrible for everything you do irl (work where you lift heavy equipment, schoolwork/teaching, gardening you wanted to do as an escape from work and school) BUT it means you can show up to more calls than you thought you'd be around for 🥹

I spent about twenty years on my feet, often with shoes that were a year too old and therefore any support or sole cushioning was shredded. I had to deal with the fact that I've ALWAYS had joint issues- including knees that dislocate very easily. No wonder I stopped being able to work before age 40.

And don’t forget recoil that takes a lot of preparation and practice to not dislocate your shoulder

In an effort to find new boots that I can wear with my ankle (needs to accommodate swelling without my fear that I will re-dislocate things trying to pull them off), I have fully regressed to my 1990s era style. These have laces AND zippers, and I love them.

“I didn’t think anyone in your generation would text with their pointer finger.” Before you judge me for the way I text uhm my thumbs are VERY hyper mobile which alone causes me plenty of pain but they also love to dislocate. I have what’s called a “Hitchhikers thumb” if you wanna look it up.

"And in this position it's quite easy for me to dislocate his wrist, elbow, shoulder."

The rolled 'r' in 'wrist' is just the perfect seasoning on this amazing video... 👌

Hate Instagram with a passion and the ads it pushed on me but I truly needed the laugh I got from this AI calisthenics ad.

It was pretty tight it’s basicly my exact wrist measurement so I couldn’t turn my wrist within the Fiddle.

I can dislocate my wrists but wouldn’t do it If I don’t really have to.
