I am retiring this fall and planned to celebrate with a trip to Disneland. I'll have to rethink my plans. Maybe Mexico.

New benefit from Disneland wanting to show off Haunted Mansion's updated exterior: It'll be the regular mansion on Halloween this year!
NEW: Haunted Mansion Holiday will return to Disneyland Park Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, 2026. The November opening date is later than normal - but it means we get traditional Haunted Mansion for Halloween this year. 👏

omg I was in Disneland with my 1974 boyfriend ( who broke up with me on the spot the moment I was accepted to Heidelberg univ) - as we tried to find his car in the lonely parking lot at midnight, a windswept newspaper flew up against the fence in front of us NIXON RESIGNS 😵💫😵💫😵💫

omg I was in Disneland with my 1974 boyfriend ( who broke up with me on the spot the moment I was accepted to Heidelberg univ) - as we tried to find his car in the lonely parking lot at midnight, a windswept newspaper flew up against the fence in front of us NIXON RESIGNS 😵💫😵💫😵💫
I saw the SPIDRE MAN label and I couldn't help but share this misspelled label from one of my Betamax tapes.

I don't think George would much care. The Disneland versions just not that remarkable. If I was faced with the choice of reinventing the two parks uniquely as Shanghai and Tokyo between LA and FL it's a wildly better experience at DW. Same reason I'm glad Rivers of America is getting scrapped at MK
