The big shift is a file+pr based workflow versus commits. For a simple single package project, that may feel like overkill (although I use it happily that way on a few things). But I find the whole workflow to be much better this way.

I knew it's awkward and hard to deal with - one of most complained about parts of changesets 🦋
But the end result is actually really good!
