Every file in the pages folder becomes a page. Home pinned first, the rest alphabetical.

Adding a Contributors page is one commit. No nav config, no route to register, no sidebar to hand edit. The filename is the page title.

A file called .slate, a folder called pages, and a push to main. That is the setup.

No build step, no generator to keep fed, no workflow YAML. Content stays plain text next to the code, so it diffs and reviews like code does.

API docs that live in a wiki are already lies. Keep them next to the code, generated from the schema, and versioned with the API itself. If the docs and the endpoint disagree, consumers always find out the hard way, and usually in production. #APIDesign #DocsAsCode #Craft

Docs-as-code is now just how documentation works. Living docs sit next to the code they describe, get reviewed in the same pull request and break the build when they drift. The wiki graveyard faded because nobody could keep it alive. #DocsAsCode #DeveloperExperience #Craft

1. Setup the docs/ folder as a SilverBullet.plus space.
2. Create a @Pikapods #SilverBullet instance for it.
3. Configure SB+ to sync to it and done.

I now edit my docs/ repo […]
