We have a dog that is very needy. Always wants attention, and will even get upset if it sees you giving any kind of physical attention to anyone else (other dogs, cuddling other people, etc)
Anyway, I put him under my weighted blanket with me and he has been calm. Hasn't moved an inch in 4 hours.

He just gose dog head so hard
He just rests his snout on my chest and just stays there as I rub his head.
He dosnt speak. When he tries I tell him dogs dont talk.
Occasionally dose a lill hump on me or needy paw when I call him a good boy/pup

People get dogs because when they greet u they are saying w/ their tails & their eyes that u are the best thing in their whole world, their #1 hero. People get a cat (when they already have a dog) to remind them that 1 of u is a needy idiot & the other is an enabler & this helps to ground u.

for 12+ years, i had two dogs who were so chill they were practically furniture and for the past 6 years i have had a dog who is a 110+lb ball of needy anxiety to the point that he has turned ME into a ball of anxiety
