I don't know if I'm more focussed. I've just pissed away two hours on socials but I also dropped stuff off to a storage unit and didn't get stuck in a Facebook doomscoll loop at any point, which is wild.

I think the best thing about being on vacation is that while I still used my phone a bunch, it was more to find out about the country of Bermuda and things I saw there than to naturally doomscoll or something.
I'm gunna miss that.

The past six months is one of the things that has motivated me to go into busy, busy, busy overdrive to tamp down the existential dread over what the future may hold. The hardest part will come in September and I have two weeks to doomscoll-doctor's orders.

Trying not to hell world doomscoll in reaction to the US House of Reps passing a "budget" bill that bans insurance from covering gender related care for trans people. The bill is full of numerous other things that range from bad to horrible, but this sticks out as pure spite and evil.

The motivation to draw right now is in the gutter. It's taken me days to do a sketch and that's because I just can't focus on it to save my life. I have ideas. I want to be creative. But sitting down to draw is so mental taxing it's better not to but then I will do nothing but doomscoll.
