It's all feeling very doomy, which makes it pretty hard to talk about books and promo and romance novels and stuff. And we can't ignore the doomy stuff in favour of nice things because we have to vote and turn up and push back.

I know everything feels terrible and doomy but I've been working on surveillance issues for most of my adult life and I have never seen so much energy, momentum, and concrete VICTORIES happening as what we are seeing right now on Flock cameras and facial recognition in venues.
