Two days until receipt has been standard for me, but 11 more days before the ballot was counted was much longer than usual. I like to think the delay was because many more people are using the dropboxes now.

i'm glad CA has mail ballots and dropboxes but my mail ballot is just a rough draft where i get all my selection fuckups outta the way and then take it as reference to the machine to double-check myself
