Dummymandering is just one more stupid Trump idea that didn't work.
The North Carolina redistricting is just amazing.
They wanted to make a 10-4 GOP delegation 11-3 by targeting Don Davis.
They shifted about 5% of the population.
A wave comes, and they're looking at a 10-4 DEM delegation if Foxx loses. And those are razor-thin margins.
