Good review Scott. I've not yet been to Bimber (I did visit Dunphail just when they were getting ready for the first run), it looks like an interesting place to go to. A pity Matt has left but I am looking forward to seeing what he does with the LDC 🤞🥃

Given the recent events in the true north and not just somewhere like Manc land, Dunphail distillery may be breathing a sigh of relief. Hopefully the rain is hitting them.

I suppose the issue with Dunphail, at the moment, is that neither they nor Bimber have been transparent if the previous owner continues to take any financial support from the company.
Until they can confirm he has nothing to do with them I would worry about funding criminal activity.
