Tarte seems to have jumped on the no to clean girl and yes to y2k trend with the duocrome eyeliners! We've seen them in Kaleidos and Wet N Wild for a bit, so makes sense that western Sephora brands would jump on it as well. They look really cute and I like tarte, so I'm all for it!
