Between #LegendOfKitchenSoldier and #EastPalace, Lee Hongnae is having a fantastic year, and I love to see it, those cheekbones need to be on television

The opening of #EastPalace reminds me that the gendering of religion in South Korea is really super interesting. The way the male court is all Neo-Confucionism ftw, and the women are like fuck that, it's spirits, and they wheel in a shaman

I have a new rule of thumb for kdramas, if it has pansori-style credits music, it's going to be a good time

Fiquei com vontade de ver esse kdrama do palácio da Netflix porque tem vários pontos de fantasia, que amo, e porque os olhos do prota me lembraram os olhos do Xiao Zhan. Quem deu play, gostou?

Lads, #EastPalace Kdrama on Netflix is great! #AlchemyofSouls level production values though not much (early episodes) on heart warmth or humour.🌟special effects🌟 Amazing actors given that's all green screen/LED. ML we know well ❤️. I feared abuse porn but no. Dark fantasy/horror grim.

Disappointed with #Kdrama a good while now so mostly watch #Cdrama but after enjoying #EastPalace wanted a bit more. Rewatching #Haechi - still 🌟 though sadly FL was injured on set & went from kickass fighter to ironing ML's shirt. #Hwarang up next: greatest number of gorgeous men in one series.

Joseon Stranger Things aside, solid episode 1. High-octane actions, excellent cinematography and visual ( I forgot how gorgeous Roh Yeon-seo is), and they clearly designed this to be binged. 45 minutes, 8 episodes, ends with an obvious cliffhanger every episode.

I just saw this, and I couldn’t be more excited. Love the premise of #NamJooHyuk and #RohYoonSeo slaying ghosts while lifting a curse, and having #ChoSeungwoo as the king is the cherry on top! #EastPalace is right up my alley.

Welp I want to watch the #cdrana #MysticNine. I also want to watch #RoyalBetrothel. I still have yet to watch the #Kdrama #EastPalace and I have like 17 dramas on my current watchlist right now
Why did all the good looking dramas have to come out right now when I have no time to watch anything? 😭

I understand your point but I reject the romanticisation of master/slave relationships. They can't possibly be equal with that power imbalance. Everything in me is repelled by them. Change of topic: are you going to watch #EastPalace? I checked your threads to see if you had but no?

The #EastPalace is pretty good. It mixes a healthy dose of traditional Korean folklore/shamanism and supernatural murder mystery. #Korean dramas are the best!

Terminei #EastPalace, achei que visualmente é uma boa minissérie com boas reviravoltas. As vezes o ritmo cansava, mas no geral foi um bom entretenimento.
