Wait I dont think I've ever posted them here but I made some doodles of Neon's parents some time ago (they are not really relevant to her lore, but her adoptive father is)

Ref sheet of an umbreon and eevee character. The umbreon wears a focus sash and a hood, while the eevee only has the focus sash tied around her neck. The eevee looks very angry and the umbreon looks a lot calmer.

also it was trans day of visibility here in brazil yesterday so I made this quick doodle of some of my trans characters in echoglass

[ #art | #pokemonart | #ocart | #echoglass | #trans ]
Doodle of some pokémon ocs in a trans flag background. On the left, there's a giratina, after her you have a meloetta, then a patrat, and a poochyena. All of them are looking with concerned faces at the patrat, that stares down at the camera with huge eyes.

Doodle of an absol licking a young absol's head on a backyard. The young absol seems annoyed, as if she wants to leave her mom's licks.

Drawing of an eevee resembling the tbh creature, with huge eyes. Emote of a shiny ninetales giving a roar, that may be interpreted as a "LET'S GOOOOOOOOO" or an anger roar.

Soleil's ref is a bit more complex (and she's still missing one of her designs, the teenager one), but here she is in all her glory!!

[ #art | #pokemonart | #echoglass | #ocart | #ninetales ]
Reference sheet drawing of a shiny Ninetales character. It covers three of her ages - Middle-aged, child, and young adult. She's a lilac fox once she evolves and a yellow fox before.

One thing I find funny is that Echoglass (my main pokemon story) has a focus on the pokemon characters but it's not pmd
It's a common misconception and I often see people tagging it as such on tumblr BAHAHAHA not that I take any issues w/ that but yeah many humans have important roles in Echoglass

[ #art | #pokemonart | #ocart | #echoglass ]
Meme doodle of a meloetta and patrat in the back and a victini on the front. The meloetta has her arms crossed and an averting gaze as she says "damn, can't believe you'd be targetting and locking up TWO trans mons". The patrat next to her looks angry. The victini on the front is angrily yelling: "I SUPPORT TRANS RIGHTS NOT TRANS WRONGS"

Did you guys know I was the one who made this old pmv you might've stumbled upon? The absol featured is one of my main ocs to this day and her creation dates back to 12 years ago
A little more about her (and more art) on thread!

The second has an Umbreon licking a shiny Ninetales's cheek with the subtitle "Yuri couple". The third one has a Delcatty putting his tail under a Mightyena's chin with the subtitle "Yaoi couple". The last panel has another delcatty character giving a thumbs up and winking with the subtitle "I see no difference, love is love"

Go send me asks on Tumblr so I can yap just like I did with this anon asking what the premise of Echoglass is

[ #pokemon | #echoglass | #pokemonoc ]
An anonymous user asks: I would love to hear what the general premise of the echo glass story is !!! I really love missingno and it’s so fun seeing people making a story that involve them so heavily, haha!!!! Really interesting stuff so far!!! The tumblr blog echoglass-fiction answers: Heya anon, thanks for the ask! It makes me really happy to see you're enjoying it!! Echoglass is pretty much just a lot of stories taking place in and revisiting the mainline games! So surprisingly, despite the heavy pokémon focus, it is not PMD. I just like exploring the pokémon perspective more LOL (I don't mind people tagging it as such though!) It's important to know that this is a shared universe between three people - though I, Zenala, am the only one posting here. We take turns claiming and developing legendary pokémon and individual parts of the story since the pokémon universe is so big :D for example, I have Giratina and one of my friends has Palkia; I explore Team Rocket, one of them explores Paldea's main storyline, the other explores Galar's storyline, etc. We do talk about it and connect everything together in the end, though! A continuation of the previous image. My favorite things to do are revisiting the canon events and pokedex entries (like Giratina being banished or the burning of the Johto tower) with my own interpretation, but I am a huge sucker for stories of just little guys not relevant to the big scale of things going through personal growth. Dezzle's storyline predates Echoglass's creation, for example. The Missingnos as you mentioned are a very fun piece of the worldbuilding to me. I love glitches in videogames and originally we were only going to have one Missingno: the Mew one. She is very relevant to one of our human stories. But we ended up connecting it to some other worldbuilding pieces and making it a category of pokémon in the end, and now I have 4 myself BAHAHA they are indeed quite relevant to the big scale lore! Once again, thank you for the interest! I gotta start working on some information pieces eventually :) I really wanna show the audience how the Missingnos work!

quick doodle cuz this idea wouldn't leave my mind

[ #art | #pokemonart | #echoglass | #ocart ]
Doodle of an absol and a ninetales. The absol is standing up, while the ninetales is sitting down with a straight stance. The ninetales says a wall of text about kindness, resistance, survival, and good vs evil in the world while the absol has a desinterested, sad face, saying "Thanks Sol..." despite this, an arrow points out that she may not look like but is super fond of this. The same absol from the last panel is here again on the same pose. In front of her there's an umbreon this time. She looks confident even while sitting down, and she says in very big, loud letters: DAUGHER. The absol answers: "Yes, Neon..."

Her story (and my Giratina's) is what I think about when I think Echoglass. it's pretty much the main storyline
She goes through some tough shit but I promiseeee she has a happy ending. I love her too much to not give her one
Drawing of a Pokémon Absol character before and after. Drawing of an absol character bleeding from her back as she lays down defeated. Drawing of an absol before and after, more stylized and with a strong palette. Drawing of a Zangoose, Absol, and Zigzagoon characters enjoying themselves.
