I'm guessing "Central Russia" is as misleading as "Midwest" is in the USA, because the locations they list look like they're on the western edge of Russia to me.

"They will also be testing out a chatbot" in the same sense that Carl's Jr. "tested out" a CBD burger on 4/20 a few years back. Some startup is giving them a nearly-free demo, they have a few locations try it out, they get to tell investors and franchisees that they're exploring cutting-edge tech
