It mentions a 2021 research study that found daily e-cigarette use among tobacco smokers can increase the likelihood of quitting smoking eightfold. The study assessed data from the 2014-2019 Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) study, focusing on smokers who were not initially planning to quit. The article also provides information about nicotine levels in e-liquids, suggesting that light smokers should consider 3-6 mg, moderate smokers 6-12 mg, and heavy smokers higher concentrations. It notes that nicotine salts offer a smoother throat hit and faster nicotine delivery, making them ideal for pod kits. The article warns that vaping, even with nicotine-free products, still involves health risks, and quitting vaping is as difficult as quitting traditional tobacco products. The content appears to be promotional material for a vape store, listing various products like Geek Bar, SMOK, and Elf Bar, and promoting their rewards program. The article also mentions that the Food and Drug Administration provides information about electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), including e-cigarettes, e-cigars, and vape pens. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of purchasing vaping products from reputable suppliers that comply with UK safety and quality regulations. The content is primarily promotional, with some health information interspersed, but it does not present original news reporting or analysis.
