Be ecocentric over egocentric.

An Ecocentric approach acknowledges the interconnectedness and interdependence of humans, and more-than-humans: animals and plants; land, water and air; materials and artifacts. To save the planet means we design to preserve our place within it.

A grandmother & her grandson suddenly end up on the moon, & must figure out how to survive. This sci-fi fantasy has a good message about connecting to home and family. The Matisse-like shapes and the colours work perfectly with the poetic text. It’s a lovely book you don’t want to miss. #kidlit 📚👍🏼
