Large doesn’t mean clumsy. Elephants have both the strength to break branches, and the fine motor control to use them as tools 🧪🦊🐘

One of the cartoons was a 2D animated film like Paprika that featured a deep sea critter called the "elephus" which was the head of an elephant attatched to octopus and jellyfish tentacles.
Wgen it came on screen the guy chanting the song went, "Uwaaaaa... Elephus... Moving little feeties..."

The only predicament is that you would like not stop at just elephants, and surely you won’t stop at just bad instances of elephus/loxodonta captivity.

It’s a slippery slope.

An elephant expert you? As in someone with a degree in animal husbandry that specializes in loxodonta/elephus care? Or someone who works with elephants?

Also, which aquarium? If the aquarium is as bad as you may believe, why not expose them?

Sanctuaries are accredited zoos with less funding and typically less expertise.

Elephus care requires a degree.

Tula-Tu and her mother Rose-Tu are thriving right now.
