Tandrii speaks Common and Elvish, and can understand/read Draconic, but can't write/speak it herself. Her Elvish is also a bit antiquated.
As for how I imagine she sounds, I think she has a wide vocal range and is good at imitating others - her natural voice is a little gravelly.
