3/3 So a troponin was drawn and #POCUS showed a new lateral regional wall abnormality. Trop over 300. After an MRI of the brain, a formal echo and a coronary angiography the final diagnosis was STEMI (stented successfully in LCx). Weirdest ACS of my career so far. #EMIMCC
