Yesterday was overwhelming for a bunch of reasons I'll refrain from posting, but I did manage to resist strong urges to kill the pain with alcohol; after nightmares waking me every couple of hours, my mind & body both feel like shit.

I believe the clinical term for this is #EmotionallyNumb? 😞
