Did some snooping into Ace Combat Zero:
* Dumped Steam-packed executable.
* Ran through x64dbg without emulating/fully cracking Steam....and.....
Emulator based? Or just proper PC port? It does link to Xinput as well as the Thrustmaster controller API.

and that's a 100% run of OoT3D done, very comfortable experience and I'm glad I went through it even if it's pretty much just the N64 game with a graphics pack and some menial changes
I feel pretty fully prepared for the remake now, but Master Quest playthrough couldn't hurt...
