First impressions of Lucky C200: pretty good once I corrected the weird green cast. Objectively the best of the new colour emulsions I've tried so far, even if I think I might prefer the NC200 look (when it works well).

Haitian food doesn't have that many creamy sauces FYI. it's WHY I think I hate emulsions. Creamy shit is used sparingly.

These are the five color negative emulsions we have tested as part of the "WittnerColor 100D" project. After 18 months of evaluation, we've made our choice and ordered material for a first batch from the selected manufacturer.

The research might appear fancyful, but researching the stability of emulsions is a serious topics. Paints and coatings, vaccines, cleaning products and many more are emulsions.
An emulsion is inherently metastable, which means its components have the tendency to separate. Like the clumpy sauce.

Comparison of the different Original Wolfen color negative emulsions cross processed in E6 color reversal chemistry. The NC200 has a strong orange cast but looks amazingly “retro” and nice when projected. A bit of a ‘red scale effect’ but for E6 🤣
