Gastroscopy MUCH better this time. Great team, solicitous and efficient. God bless Lancaster Royal Infirmary Endoscopy Unit. And my daughter Rose, who wangled a weird way through the hospital backlot with the car. It was like being ushered out of the stage door into a limo, OK yeah I'd had sedation.

I don’t have Celiacs (thanks, recent endoscopy!) but hell yeah; for me the key with nachos is keeping them single layer on a large plate so they can *all* be covered in cheesy goodness (among other things)!

Starred in my own Hallmark movie today when I showed up to the hospital for an endoscopy/colonoscopy after staying up all night drinking "the sludge" whereupon I was greeted by my ex of 3 yrs whom I broke it off with over 20 yrs ago so I could move far away but now I'm back in my hometown

I had the endoscopy, but the stone was too big to clear the duct...So they put in a stent so the bile could drain, in hopes that it would erode the stone so that it could pass through. They plan to remove the stent in 2 months. Between now & then, they'll remove my gall bladder.😁

I never trust them to do a colonoscopy and endoscopy on the same date. I'm afraid they will use the same scope. 😂
