Let me clarify this I might dislike it but I wouldn't prevent it. I could list those that I'm referring to . None of them won their appeal some are still trying. if I'm not mistaken if your crime holds the DP or the death penalty is on the table you are entitled to one free appeal. 1/2

A lot of waiting for different places to get me the proper paperwork and a year for processing but it was not difficult. If your grandparent was born on the island of Ireland you are entitled, you just have to prove it in a very specific way and get your documents witnessed.
