At one point we came home and our Eskie (35 lbs ish) had eaten a variety of whatever the box they sell in shoppers and whatnot.
Vet said there wasn't enough harmful in the mixed box to worry. 🤷🏻♀️

Once many moons ago I tried to get a pic of my Eskie, Kaija, wearing reindeer antlers I had gotten from work. By the time I got the camera ready they were hanging under her chin! 🤣

Now my Andy died two days after my birthday only one month away from his 14th birthday. I knew that our time was coming to a close, so we celebrated our birthdays together. I think I will also get another Havanese but would like to get another Eskie first. Damn I miss them terribly.

Also I lost another one of my wonderful dogs, Andy. He was a sweet, funny, loving Havanese and Ricky is very depressed. Ricky, my Aussie is 6 years old and he misses his brothers. I will get another Eskie but have been on a waiting list since November of 2025.

My eskie is only 25lbs but that’s a very familiar face of lovable dumbassery. Their floof makes up for their lack of good decisions.

I sympathize! My Eskie puppy left her mark on my coffee table and the laundry room drywall. My smaller dogs preferred my shoes. Our closet door was a push open folding door; keeping the bedroom door closed and a gate in the hallway did not suffice to stop a determined puppy)

That’s how my lil Eskie sees himself! Unless it’s cuddle time, then he thinks he’s a Pomeranian. 😆
