Both Anthropic and OpenAI should face criminal action for felony hacking. We put people in jail for hacking, including people who use scripts. This is not a complex moral, ethical or legal situation, and the only difference is that they're doing it in public and boasting about it

This is - imo - ethical hacking. Because the person made a weighted personal ethical choice. CVEs and vulnerability reports are just bug reports. No more than this.
