Every second week, Eversong and Zul'Aman, arguably the 2 zones that would arguably be the most popular zones among roleplayer, are nearly impossible to do things with. Funnily enough, TWW was much better in this regard.

I've been playing a lot of World of Warcraft recently with friends, and I just had to pay tribute to it's beautiful landscapes with this one. It originally started with just the moon. Of course, Eversong does not have cypresses like these, but they felt fitting to me.

to be fair, i'll list the positives of this expansion i have enjoyed:
• Midnight's intro
• the focus and rework of portions of the old world
• completed tier sets now unlock lower sets fully
• Zul'Aman, Eversong Woods and Voidstorm
i also enjoyed PvP as always but that's not because of the xpac.

In Zul'aman the darkness is the multiple quests about dysfunctional families and traumatic childhoods. Not even related to Xal'atath. In Voidstorm the darkness is the friends we made along the way. In Eversong the darkness is uh Astalor?

Why?
Grizzly Hills is one of their most popular beloved zones, they even paid tribute to it in Dragonflight with Azure Span directly, they're aware.
They're not blowing up grizzly hills. They hardly let Eversong have any permanent damage.

The most I'm willing to accept is that a seedling from Zephras Isle floated down to modern Eversong woods and turned into the Thas'alah, the mother tree.
This way, Quel'thalas (and especially the Windrunners) can have been subtly influenced without the entire "I am your father" plot-twist.
