powered armor in DVTL is fun because basically everyone fiddles around with turning power loader exorigs into sorta man-sized armored mechs (this what the PLA does) while the US spend about a bajillion dollars making the Nanosuit from Crysis real

Just a minor headswap on the Orrus Spyre Hunters to turn them into my count-as Skorpekh Destroyer (Scorpion Exorigs)

The Auretians have no love of Horus, so the name Orrus stood too close for the sake of ancient wounds and instead the combat rigs are named for their sting.

the way that powered armor works in DVTL is basically all infantry are in warrior web to reduce stress on their backs and knees + slightly increase endurace, normal SOF use pretty lowkey powered exorigs for their legs/backs for endurance (Hump Across the Moon and Like It) and stress reduction

There are a lot of medical firms designing exorigs as well, but these are just a parallel production for overall enhancement. The medical rigs are more of an expansion of existing braces and assistive devices for people who have specific mobility needs.
