The pro-life party wants extrajudicial killings from aircraft.

The pro-life party wants extrajudicial killings airstriking boats.

The pro-life party wants extrajudicial killings blowing up schools.

The pro-life party wants extrajudicial street executions.

They aren't picky.

Among the elite media, there is a consensus that Trump is committing illegal extrajudicial murders of random Latin American guys in boats all the time, but if you say he might have also committed an extrajudicial murder of Jeffrey Epstein, the idea is treated like saying he rode a unicorn.

See for example the extrajudicial murder of Michael Reinoehl.
Like I would at least strongly consider that to be a possibility! Trump has ordered people to be killed before. He had motive to kill his former criminal associate Jeffrey Epstein. He had the means, as the guy at the head of the federal government which had direct jurisdiction over Epstein's jail.

OSSOFF: Mike Collins called for killing immigrants by throwing them to their deaths out of helicopters. I'd like to hear if Mike Collins stands by that statement. Do you still believe in the extrajudicial killing of immigrants?

MIKE COLLINS: *changes topic*

Those were extrajudicial murders, people are saying that because words still mean things even if scoring points off people is at stake
I keep reading that there have been no public executions in the United States for decades.

Not true.

The UK government, governed by the party of which Phillipson is chair, extended immunity for British soldiers engaged in extrajudicial killings in Northern Ireland yesterday.

Yesterday.
Bridget Phillipson MP, Chair of the Labour Party calls the 'lethal force' proposal of Jenrick "disgusting and illegal".

"Our armed forces are not going to start opening fire on unarmed civilians, and Reform are dragging their own reputations and credibility into the gutter by suggesting it"

Called for throwing immigrants out of helicopters, then had to change the topic when asked about it. The pro-life party wants extrajudicial killings from aircraft. Mike Collins isn't debating policy. He's pitching a Pinochet reboot.

sorry to come across like a pedant about sensitive subjects, but “extrajudicial killing” and “public execution” are rots in two completely different sets of institutions and it feels kinda smarmy to point-score like they’re the same thing
I keep reading that there have been no public executions in the United States for decades.

Not true.

They're not enforcement actions, but extrajudicial executions.

They are building their entire extrajudicial infrastructure through DHS. Their resources to operate are endless.

What Derek Chauvin did to George Floyd was a public extrajudicial execution. Keep that in mind when you say we haven't had a public execution since 1936.

We have, actually. Many times. They're called police murders.

Neither was convicted of anything. These are therefore extrajudicial killings, not executions.

Extrajudicial killings in the ocean? Not very peaceful.

Extrajudicial murders and public executions are different things
I keep reading that there have been no public executions in the United States for decades.

Not true.

Desensitizing the public to open calls for extrajudicial violence is key to fascism’s implementation.
moments after saying leakers should be shot, Trump points at reporters covering his rally and says "they're almost as bad as a leaker"

adding the word "extrajudicial" undermines the whole argument, but that's only an issue for people who can read or care about consistency

Here's your daily reminder that James Hetfield has no problem being political when his music is being used to commit human rights violations at Guantanamo Bay. Vocally supporting extrajudicial torture is, apparently, not "political."

We do have proof that Trump ordered the 2020 extrajudicial murder of Michael Reinoehl, because Trump bragged about it and the NYT did a whole investigation into the murder. And as far as I know, the Biden DOJ didn't do a damn thing about it.
