To create a mindset of creative dissatisfaction to reduce resistance to change try thinking in a innovative eyetracking

They could anyway but shareholders aren't rational enough to. Hound pagentry makes number go up faster and accelerates research into producing a more programmable general population now algorithmic tracking, eyetracking, content confabulations and passive brainwave monitoring has peaked.

i appreciate that they diclose their use of AI to apply better eyetracking onto the footage where they genderbend chip into clarice

Also your eyetracking work is great!

Do you have a sense of how critical was seeing your code? Do you think running it through a js obfuscator before launching would help?

(I'm also unrelatedly transitioning to in person studies, but mainly because I do a lot of eyetracking now)

I was streaming it from pc!

I might look into the camera thing far in the future when im not hurting from this purchase anymore

I was hoping the eyetracking it has natively would go into the game but no dice which is my biggest disapointment

changed out my bulky and asymmetrically mounted 160 degree big lens eye cameras for low profile 130 degree cameras. my eyetracking stability has improved noticeably for my setup and i'm quite happy with the improvements.

also, i prefer ETVR over Babbalonia for eyes. simpler calibration.

A wise man would use a empowering in-house eyetracking to go viral in social media channels

waoh what is you using for yuo eyetracking

actually creating p(doom) by vibecoding a live AI eyetracking heatmap and thus bringing down civilization in a matter of days

Eye tracking is a powerful tool to aid floral designers and educators, providing in-depth, unintrusive analysis of viewers’ spatio-temporal attention. https://doi.org/10.21273/HORTTECH05916-26

maybe the future isnt monitors but headsets like the bigscreen beyond 2. look at this thing its so small.

in a world that can, even just get costs waaay down without shrinking size but ideally both,; could potentially really take off for that kind of use
Bigscreen Beyond 2
The world's smallest VR headset: ultra-light form factor weighing just 107 grams with an unbelievable 116° field of view and eyetracking.

Pimax is iffy, but recent changes pending

Face tracking makes such a huge difference, because no more having to worry about what your hands are doing!

It makes everything feel much more natural and immersive

Downside (or upside?) to eyetracking:

Everyone can tell when youre staring at their junk

Me: "My main methodology was eyetracking. I also did tech support, technical training and technical writing for an eyetracking manufacturer, and was a Senior Data Analyst at a biometric marketing research firm."
Them: "Oh... so you're not... technical..." 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Can do. I still have to wait to actually buy it and for it to ship, so it'll probably be a bit.

Since you already have the stuff, something like this may be nicer for you tbh

UGH... i just realized... I really should re-rig my custom #VRchat avi's eyes so they'll work with the eyetracking of the #SteamFrame
(right now they have a faux naturalistic movement pattern & blinks, that's all pre-animated to give it some life)

but... UUUUGGGHHHHHH... My Blender-fu is SO RUSTY!

The eye tracking actually does work on pc now! I have a couple of friends who use it as their main headset, though it does require a little bit of extra work yeah. The eyetracking works by default, but I’m told you can “jailbreak” the headset to increase its effectiveness in that area.

i am really hoping it's not gonna be too little too late cause holy shit finally a mainstream (for want of a better word) headset with eyetracking and foveated rendering
September 16, 2026 at 5:07 AM
It has built in cameras. They knew exactly who the target audience for the eyetracking lol (furries). Hopefully it works well with my avatars
September 15, 2026 at 6:48 AM
eitherway, i wont probably get this because even if the opensource os + eyetracking + no meta bullshit is certainly alluring, a thousand for this is hard to justify
September 14, 2026 at 7:01 PM
i wonder if apple ever let third party apps use face/eyetracking on vision pro
September 14, 2026 at 6:07 PM
frame's like $200 less than the dinky ass thing i got now that bsb still hasn't delivered on fully, doesn't even track well to begin with, doesn't have a pc shoved in it in the chip crisis, & doesn't do UVC/XR drivers right to have functional eyetracking or even turn on at all w/o a kernel mod. lmao

A lot of fun to be had with eyetracking from the under display camera I imagine. Rather than pop-up, I’d like to try “ACME portable hole” type stuff…
