Isn't it true that when a defendant refuses to testify in a civil suit then -- unlike a criminal trial -- it can be assumed that it is because the testimony would be unfavorable? That is the judge can assume Ezells testimony would be adverse to the government and rule against them immediately

I live very close to an ezells and a CFA. Ezells is something that isn't even on the same dimensional plane as chain rubbish like CFA, but the CFA is always more crowded. 🙃

Yea... There's a pretty good local fried chicken place called Ezells I've been too a few times, at least. Kinda pricey tho. Apparently it's pretty well known (and used to be better)
